The old app was perfect. The new will not work on my main tablet. The format sucks. I want a news app tp look like a newspaper like the old one did. I Will be cancelling my subscription soon. Things should improve over time, not get worse.

Where are the comics?

New App Sucks. I used to be able to proceed through the paper in a clear and orderly progression, picking whichever tab suited my interest. Now the screen is a big MESS and I have to scroll down and down and sideways this way then sideways that to try to find what I want to read. I am considering unsubscribing to the WP

I absolutely LOVE reading The Washington Post and really like their updates, too. Their stories are exceptionally well written and accurate (NO fake news). I respect the journalist s who gather the news andwrite the stories. The opinion pieces are also outstanding. Thank u Washington Post journalists, editors, and the publisher for making sure we continue to receive accurate information and for doing such an excellent job everyday. MY THOUGHTS HAVEN'T CHANGED. The Washington Post is THE BEST.

I prefer the old app to the new because there aren't a whole lot of stories jumbled together, so it's easier to scroll down through them to find the ones you want to read or save. Also, both the old and new apps' search functions to try to find a certain story invariably fail to turn up what you are looking for, even if you put the full title of the story in the search bar.

The new version is awful- it's just the regular Washington Post app. The print is way too small and the article organization is choppy and abrupt. I used to spend about an hour on the app every day reading and catching up, now it's 15 min max. I would love it if Select came back.

Why mess for something that works good. I'd like the old app better.

I don't know if you can be an informed person without it and, aside from that, they have Carolyn Hax and Miss Manners in a great Lifestyle section. I do the three crossword puzzles every Sunday before I can trust my mind with anything else.

I love reading articles on Washington Post. The app just works. Thank you.

The new version of the app is unusable for me and my husband, who has macular degeneration. The largest print is too small. It is also hard to use if you wish to scan all articles quickly, reading some partially and others in depth as we do. It doesn't hold your place when you are interrupted for a time, or show what you have already read.
